Black Dragon Capital LLC is a unique growth-oriented private equity firm that focuses on investing in areas where information technology enables disruption. We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cloud Infrastructure Management:
    • Manage and optimize cloud-based services to ensure high availability and scalability.
    • Monitor and control cloud costs while maintaining system performance.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Development:
    • Create and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
    • Ensure deployment processes align with Agile delivery practices.
  • Performance and Security Testing:
    • Own performance testing, disaster recovery planning, and security assessments.
    • Proactively address potential system vulnerabilities and performance bottlenecks.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering with a focus on cloud infrastructure management.
  • Proven expertise in CI/CD pipeline development using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
  • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
