About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Services Manager to lead our Purchase-to-Pay Services team at Siemens. As a key member of our Global Business Services team, you will be responsible for providing excellent accounting and procurement services to our clients in Argentina and around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Manage a team of professionals and support staff to deliver high-quality accounting and procurement services to our clients.
  2. Service Development: Develop new service models and go-to-market strategies in the Purchase-to-Pay arena, driving business growth and innovation.
  3. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure timely implementation of approved accounting policies and procedures, as well as compliance with relevant laws and regulations (HGB, IFRS, and GAAP).
  4. Customer and Supplier Relationships: Manage relationships with clients and suppliers, fostering strong partnerships and driving business success.
  5. Process Improvement: Design and implement efficient processes, leveraging advanced digital solutions and process automation to drive continuous service improvement.
  6. Tax Compliance: Collaborate with local authorities to ensure tax compliance and adherence to all relevant regulations.
  7. Service Supervision: Oversee and manage service activities, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
  8. Internal and External Audits: Work closely with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  1. Education: Graduated from a recognized university with a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Leadership Experience: Proven experience in team leadership, with a strong track record of success.
  3. Language Skills: Fluent command of English at a bilingual level, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Digital Literacy: Advanced management of digital solutions, with a strong understanding of process automation and innovation.
  5. Soft Skills: Dynamism, initiative, and proactivity, with flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  6. Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to work creatively and analytically, with strong strategic thinking and customer orientation.
