We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Charles Taylor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for achieving operating task activities, including invoicing, collection, and registrations in accounting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and collection processes.
- Manage cash flow reporting and provide insights on variances between forecast and actual cash flow.
- Support month/quarter/year-end processes as required.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
