Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and pursue new business opportunities within the Solana ecosystem
Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and industry leaders
Ensure successful onboarding and account management for key clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for large accounts, fostering strong relationships and addressing technical and account issues
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define go-to-market strategies for new product launches, identifying potential blockers to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in the tech industry
(Preferred) Based in North America
Proven ability to sell to a technical audience, leveraging your understanding of their needs and pain points
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with the capacity to adapt quickly to new technologies
A comfortable working style in fast-paced environments, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration skills
A high degree of ownership and agency, with a willingness to take charge of projects and navigate undefined processes
