Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Back-End Developer to join our small, growing tech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing digital products in collaboration with our entrepreneurial business and marketing minds.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement scalable and secure back-end systems using Azure and Python.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Chooose architecture to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with the team to plan, design, and implement software solutions.
- Write high-quality, well-tested, and documented code.
- Participate in code reviews, discussions, whiteboard sessions, and tech talks to actively develop colleagues in the team.
- Contribute to a good DevOps culture in the team.
- Contribute to a good remote culture in the team.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in back-end development.
- Proficiency in Azure, Azure functions, and Python.
- Experience with maintaining and scaling complex services.
- Strong understanding of integrations and enterprise-grade deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
