Job Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring the creative excellence of new product introduction marketing assets for Personal Systems and maintaining consistency with our brand visual identity across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and consultation on the execution of marketing for all creative development projects
  • Leading creative excellence across team deliverables, ensuring consistent execution across the mix
  • Driving collaboration with cross-functional teams, including PS marketing teams, market marketing teams, creative studio, and agency partners
  • Contributing to the development and adoption of innovative marketing principles and practices across the organization

Requirements:

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline; commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
  • 10+ years of work experience, preferably in marketing or creative development, ideally including agency experience
  • Fluency in English; ideally also fluent in Spanish
  • Exceptional communication skills, results-oriented, learning agility, digital fluency, diplomacy, impact, and scope
