About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Digital Transformation team as a Digital Transformation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business process improvements and implementing data governance models to enhance decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analyses of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design and implement data governance models to ensure accurate and reliable data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage key stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and identify risks to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
  • Collect and process corporate and operational data to provide insights for senior manager decision-making.
  • Coordinate and participate in requirement gathering and requirements validation exercises to enable the creation of new dashboards.
  • Identify institutional hard wiring that needs to be upgraded, including policies, regulations, and processes that enable digital transformation.
  • Contribute to change management efforts, mapping stakeholders within the IDB Group at the program and project level.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in information systems, finance, economics, statistics, or any other field relevant to the role's responsibilities.
  • At least five years of relevant experience in SG operations, with a proven track record of driving business process improvements and implementing data governance models.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, is required. Additional knowledge of French and Portuguese is preferable.
