We're seeking an accomplished expert to lead software modernization initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions from legacy systems to modern architectures. Ideal candidates possess a strong background in software architecture and significant experience driving modernization projects.
Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Direct and execute software modernization projects, ensuring smooth migrations to modern architectures.
- Legacy Code Analysis: Thoroughly analyze existing legacy codebases to grasp business logic, dependencies, and potential migration risks.
- Solution Design & Implementation: Develop and deploy solutions maintaining legacy system integrity and functionality while enhancing performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle to collect requirements, share progress, and guarantee deliverables align with their business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with diverse teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to achieve successful project outcomes.
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record as Software Architect or Senior Developer in modernization projects.
