We're looking for a Statistical Analyst (Lead) to join our team at AgileEngine, where you'll be working with a talented group of professionals who share your passion for statistical analysis and data-driven decision making.

As a Statistical Analyst (Lead), you will design and implement A/B experiments using statistical methodologies, develop data pipelines in SQL, Python, and R, and create complex queries to drive business insights.

About the Role
  • Design and execute A/B experiments to measure the impact of product changes on user behavior.
  • Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines using SQL, Python, and R.
  • Break down complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Create dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize business trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and complete full-cycle analysis projects.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in statistical analysis, data science, or a related field.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python, and R programming languages.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau and analytics tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques and experience building and deploying ML/AI solutions.
