About the Opportunity

The role of the Business Operations Lead is to optimize business operations, supporting the General Manager in various functional areas across Latam. In this position, you will work closely with the General Manager as a 'chief of staff' who advises and supports the General Manager and Leadership team in their daily duties, helping them maximize their efforts.

  1. Support the General Manager in different projects, processes, and procedures across the company.
  2. Assist in organizing and managing a complex calendar for the GM.
  3. Help with travel arrangements and monthly expense reporting.
  4. Coordinate meeting preparation and compile and distribute thorough meeting notes with clear action items and owners.
  5. Prepare and distribute reports, providing administrative support for all business review meetings.
  6. Manage Member Experience and Community initiatives for the GM and Community team.
  7. Train to use Medallia to explore improvement areas, capture high-level action planning items, track territory impact on Member Experience initiatives.
  8. Host office hours for GM and leadership team around member experience initiatives.
  9. Handle local office and mailing responsibilities for territory HQ offices and notices.
  10. Communicate with internal and external contacts to ensure that all projects are being executed in a timely manner and at the GM's standards.
  11. Lead team communications for GM, plan regional connection moments, communication channels, and All Hands preparing agenda, deck, and recognition.
  12. Plan and accompany senior leadership or cross-functional visits to the market.
  13. Control and assign the community leadership T&E budget.
  14. Oversee company-level reporting, qualitative, and quantitative mechanisms to facilitate actionable processes and solutions, and develop territory level KPIs.
  15. Lead execution of high-priority strategic initiatives and projects for the business.
  16. Engage with teams to provide specific operational projects for GM portfolio and program-level leadership support when needed.
  17. Manage cross-functional projects or initiatives; bring together important stakeholders and help drive decisions.
