Risk Management Security Specialist Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all security policies are enforced across the site
- Conduct physical site patrols to prevent unauthorised access and protect company assets
- Adhere to health & safety guidelines and ensure best working practices are followed
- Perform staff searches according to current policies and procedures
- Operate high-tech security equipment as per current policies and procedures
- Analyse CCTV footage in line with current policies and procedures
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times
- Greet visitors, contractors and staff, ensuring they are booked in and out as required
- Verify supplier vehicle arrivals and departures, checking for security seals
- Complete incident reports and witness statements where necessary
- Inspect and book out security equipment as per current policies and procedures
- Perform other reasonable tasks as needed to support business requirements
Skills, Experience and Knowledge Required:
- A strong commitment to safety, security and people management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to form strong relationships within a team environment
- SIA Licensing is an advantage, but not essential
- Previous security experience is desirable, but not mandatory
- Ongoing training and development opportunities will be provided
