About the Role

Grove Acquisitions is a prominent real estate investment group based in New York, with a focus on acquiring targeted properties at scale across various property verticals, including multifamily, affordable housing, new development, and healthcare.

This is a full-time Commercial Acquisitions Representative role at Grove Acquisitions. The successful candidate will be responsible for booking meetings with institutional property owners through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, as well as maintaining a healthy prospect pipeline, ensuring adequate reporting and information entry into our CRM.

The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to identify and execute on key issues and opportunities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Booking meetings with institutional property owners via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Maintaining a healthy prospect pipeline
  • Ensuring adequate reporting and information entry into our CRM
Requirements
  • Exceptional English level (pronunciation, vocabulary, and tonality)
  • Marketing, sales, communication, or related university background graduates
  • Strong communication skills and vocal volume
  • Experience in the real estate or related industry is a plus
Benefits

The salary for this role is $1250 - $1500 USD per month, with a commission structure based on meetings booked and deals closed.

The work schedule is 9:30 AM EST - 6:30 PM EST, with a virtual office setup that requires attending Kumospace every day while on working hours.
