The Role:

The Learning & Development Specialist will work closely with our Director of Talent to execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy for corporate employees. This role will lead initiatives that enhance onboarding, training, professional development, and overall employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learning Program Design & Curation: Create and roll out dynamic, blended learning solutions that foster interactive and engaging experiences.

• Needs Assessment & Strategy: Partner with leaders and teams to assess learning needs, identify skill gaps, and propose tailored development solutions.

  ">

• Onboarding Optimization: Revamp and enhance onboarding training to ensure new hires transition smoothly into their roles.

  ">

• Training & Events Calendar Management: Own and manage a calendar that supports continuous learning and development across the organization.

  ">

• LMS Management: Maintain and update content within the Learning Management System (LMS).

  ">

• Support Internal Mobility Initiatives: Help manage and enhance internal mobility processes by promoting visibility of career growth opportunities.

  ">

• Program Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of courses and programs through feedback surveys, data analysis, and other evaluation methods.

  ">

• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with advancements in educational technologies and leverage AI to enhance learning initiatives.

  ">

• Content Development: Design training materials such as presentations, manuals, handouts, e-learning modules, and videos.

  ">

• Collaboration with SMEs: Partner with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of learning content.

  ">

• Support L&D Roadmap Execution: Assist in executing the L&D strategy for corporate employees, aligning learning initiatives with organizational goals.

  ">

Requirements:

• ">

• 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on designing, curating, and facilitating impactful learning experiences.

  ">

• Demonstrated experience managing learning programs using LMS platforms.

  ">

• Strong skills in program design, training content curation, and development.

  ">

• Proven ability to assess business learning needs and develop strategic proposals to address skill gaps and support growth.

  ">

• Expertise in adult learning theories and application to create engaging, interactive training environments.

  ">

• Curiosity, interest, and ideally experience using AI tools to enhance learning deliverables and outcomes.

  ">

• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects at various stages of design and delivery.

  ">

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships at all levels.

  ">

• Digitally savvy, with proficiency in tools such as Google Suite, LMS platforms, and other educational technologies.

  ">

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences.

  ">

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
