Responsibilities may include:
- Managing vendor relationships and resolving escalated cases related to vendors, invoices, and vendor performance
- Providing expert counsel on policies and benefits, as needed
- Performing benefit and contract renewals, including analysis and proposing changes to ensure competitiveness, regulatory compliance, and cost-effectiveness
- Coordinating and managing the enrollment process, including developing and distributing benefits communication
- Managing disability cases and supporting time and leave-related activities, including schedule determination and counseling
- Partnering with vendors to host engaging onsite events
- Administering payroll transfers and international mixed service processes to ensure seamless benefits delivery
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in benefits administration, HR, or a related field
- Experience managing vendor relationships and resolving escalated issues
- Knowledge of relevant benefits regulations and compliance requirements
- Understanding of various employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate benefit plans and proposals
- Proficiency in English
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing benefits data and processes
- Ability to resolve escalated issues and conflicts related to benefits administration
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate
- Flexible shift when required to meet business needs
