The Job:

We're seeking an experienced Retail Growth Manager to lead our team in Argentina. This role is critical in driving our growth strategy, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and overseeing the performance of our account managers and sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of account managers and sales representatives.
  2. Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, brands, and retailers within our marketplace.
  3. Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective growth strategies.
  4. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence and revenue.

  6. Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency and ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  7. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record in a senior leadership role, preferably in technology, retail, or FMCG.
  2. Deep understanding of the Argentine market and its unique dynamics.
  3. Strong leadership and people management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Fluency in English and Spanish.
  6. Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  7. E-commerce and digital marketplaces experience is a plus.
