About the Role
\We are seeking a skilled Interactive Experience Designer to join our team at Monks. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and interactive experiences that engage our clients and their customers.
\Key Responsibilities

- Develop design concepts for digital experiences, defining overall visual design language, visual design systems, guidelines, and animation design approaches.\
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, art directors, copywriters, strategists, motion designers, and developers, to translate user needs into functional and effective design solutions.\
- Ensure alignment with client brand standards and project requirements, working closely with Creative Directors or Associate Creative Directors.\
- Mentor and lead junior designers on assigned projects, providing creative feedback and guidance.\
- Stay up-to-date with current design and technology trends, applying knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in your work.\
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive portfolio showcasing your expertise and creative vision.\
- Support the Creative Director or Associate Creative Director in client presentations and new business pitches, providing research, supporting design concepts, and mockups.\
- Work across multiple countries and cultures, utilizing English as a common language, and embracing diversity in all aspects of our business.\
- Participate in regular communication with colleagues about project status and finding creative solutions to issues arising.\
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of projects.\
- Assist in the front-end build production, providing technical feedback and suggestions for improvement.\
- Experience developing creative solutions that blend digital and traditional print design is desirable, as we create experiential work combining physical and digital elements.\
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint, and experience with 3D or Motion Design is advantageous.\
- Maintain a strong focus on innovation, quality, consistency, and timeliness in all projects, ensuring accurate and complete delivery.\
- Be prepared to discuss topics such as design challenges, applied solutions, and future ambitions for design and technology.\
- Possess a comprehensive portfolio demonstrating expertise in design software, including advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant tools.\
- Achieve a deep understanding of global marketing and technology services, accelerating business possibilities, and redefining interactions between brands and the world.\
- Embody a growth mindset, embracing diverse perspectives, and driving inclusivity in all aspects of our business.
