About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional QA Tester to join our team at Platform.Monks. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our in-house team of creatives, technologists, and business Monks to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
  • Work closely with developers as part of agile projects to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Use your extensive knowledge of QA processes and testing tools to assess and ascertain the workings of websites, platforms, apps, games, campaigns, and more.
  • Ensure that every design looks pixel-perfect and meets client guidelines.
  • Communicate weekly results in a constructive and collaborative way.
  • Help integrate quality assurance into the overall production process.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in QA with a keen eye for detail and a creative approach.
  • Proficient English communication skills to provide clear feedback and describe issues to Monks in other offices.
  • Familiarity with testing websites, games, and mobile apps to identify defects and improve user experience.
  • Experience with testing hardware and CMS is a plus.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload to stay on top of QA tasks.
  • Experience working directly with developers in agile projects.
  • Ability to report issues in detail for quick resolution.
  • Social and professional skills to tackle global projects with an international team.
  • Experience with bug-tracking databases and test-tracking systems.
  • Ability to set up detailed issue reports for efficient project progression.
  • Writing end-to-end test plans and comprehensive user cases is a standard feat.
