Job Description

This role is responsible for providing strategic support to our HR operations, talent engagement, and workforce management functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field and possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  1. Onboarding and Offboarding Process: Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure a seamless experience for new team members. Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.
  2. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including tracking and processing PTO, managing invoice requests, and updating HR-related financial records.
  3. Talent Management: Support the execution of performance reviews and feedback sessions. Assist in creating and maintaining individual growth plans for team members.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HR tools and platforms (e.g., Connecteam, Google Workspace, ClickUp).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Spanish is a plus.
