Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for the sale of Motion products and services within the Oil and Gas segment.
You will have the opportunity to work with a high-performing team and contribute to the Motion business line in Neuquén, Argentina.
Responsibilities:
- Sell Motion products (motors and drives) and services to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned segments.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned segment.
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand their needs, promote Motion's complete product and services offering, and align with them to provide a solution.
- Perform regular status reviews and propose recovery plans in case of potential order shortfalls.
- Ensure successful outcomes of transactions, contracts, and proposals using effective sales techniques.
You will be at ease communicating in English fluently.
