**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at APM Terminals. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in shaping the terminal's business demands, aligning requirements, and progressing delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- **Business Analysis**: Conduct research and analysis to identify improvement opportunities, develop business requirement documents, and specifications.
- **Workflow Optimization**: Work with the management team to research and document business issues involving workflow procedures and processes.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze data and work with management to develop creative IT solutions.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with the terminal operational and functional team to identify and implement improvements to business operations, services, and models.
- **Portfolio Modernization**: Participate in the development of root cause analysis for major incidents impacting terminal operations and ensure identified countermeasures are deployed as planned.
- **Customer Support**: Deliver support as a primary IT contact for shipping line customers, working closely with the terminal commercial team.
Requirements
- **Advanced Data Analysis Skills**: Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions.
- **Business Acumen**: Strong understanding of the terminal operating model and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- **Agile Methodologies**: Experience with Agile principles and methods, including WOW (Lean) standards and tooling.
- **Demand Management**: Proven experience managing demands and prioritizing tasks.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- **Language Skills**: Fluent in English.
