About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Professional to play a pivotal role in driving digital marketing success for clients across various industries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and closing performance-focused business opportunities.

Responsibilities
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities across diverse industries
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers like Marketing, E-commerce, and Trade Marketing Directors
* Develop and execute lead generation strategies to expand the client base
* Understand clients' performance marketing needs and propose tailored digital marketing solutions
* Present commercial proposals, negotiate and successfully close deals
* Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to project implementation

Requirements
* 5-8 years of experience in sales or business development, particularly in programmatic, ad sales, performance-focused digital marketing
* Expertise in working with Marketing, E-commerce, and Trade Marketing Directors or similar roles
* A proven track record of consultative selling and closing deals at senior executive levels
* In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and performance metrics (ROI, CPC, CPA, etc.)
* Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Ability to manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to implementation
