About the Position

The Stockroom Manager position at American Airlines is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that plays a critical role in the success of our company. As a Stockroom Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of daily operations in the stockroom, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory
  • Development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on inventory management goals and objectives
  • Maintenance of accurate records of inventory levels and transactions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or related field
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software
