In this role, you will oversee warehouse functions focusing on service excellence, cost efficiency, health and safety standards, quality assurance, food security, sustainability, and adherence to legal and policy requirements. You will collaborate closely with key internal and external partners, including third-party logistics providers, to ensure effective management and timely execution of operations. Your responsibilities will encompass inventory oversight (including iDoc management and stock reconciliation), monitoring interfaces, tracking and tracing shipments, managing claims and invoices, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
Assess and rectify stock discrepancies, ensuring accurate alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system through stakeholder collaboration. Evaluate capacity utilization, performance metrics, and KPI monitoring, implementing corrective actions when necessary. Collaborate with service providers to guarantee timely and complete deliveries to our trading partners, while adhering to quality and HACCP guidelines. Supervise inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing, and distribution processes to manage shelf-life effectively, minimize write-offs, and continuously seek productivity enhancements. Execute project-related and ad hoc tasks, particularly those linked to continuous improvement initiatives and peak management strategies. Develop comprehensive cost analyses (annual budget), identifying risks and opportunities.Required Qualifications

Position Requirements:
Degree or current studies in industrial engineering or business administration.
Over 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or distribution roles.
Advanced proficiency in English.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding of traffic or warehouse systems is desirable.
Work Schedule:
Hybrid model, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
