Küsta Group provides a single source of truth for media investment decisions by helping DTC brands grow through the identification of media's incremental contribution to business outcomes. Our Measured Intelligence Suite is designed to deliver automated incrementality experiments for every marketing channel and cross-channel source of truth reporting.
As a Solutions Analyst, you will play a key role in operating within our Customer Support team, reporting into the Director of Solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to translate scoping documents, business needs, product feature requirements, and input from client and customer success teams into a product solution for our client partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup, configure, and debug data pipe foundations between Küsta Group, the client, and the client's various data sources.
- Diagnose ETL integrations using AWS, Excel, and other tools.
- Own the configuration and data specifications of ingested data to produce a cohesive standardized output to support Küsta Group products.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in data analytics or solution architecture/design; analyst/analytics or ad tech experience in the digital marketing/advertising field preferred.
- Familiarity with ad-tech and martech platforms, for example vendor platforms (GA, Facebook, etc.), Google Tag Manager, and other 3rd-party tools.
- Ability to translate business requests into actionable solution design requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and producing analytical outputs from them, SQL database experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills (or equivalent software which facilitates data visualization) required.
- Experience with an issue/task/ticketing management platform; experience with JIRA preferred.
- Highly organized; ability to record, synthesize and prioritize assigned tasks and see them through to completion.
- Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and solve complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working collaboratively as well as independently within multidisciplinary teams; experience working with international offshore teams preferred.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience.
