Job Description
SarSuki Stores Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Invoicing Specialist to ensure the accuracy of invoices and order entry in our systems.

This role involves handling data entry, review, and submission of invoices both manually and electronically. The ideal candidate will prepare and post daily and regular Accounts Receivables (AR) reports, resolve billing errors or other discrepancies, and work closely with the Collections team to reconcile balances and data needed.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing items to be included in the invoice are complete and accurate, printing looseleaf invoices to be sent out to B2B customers, and ensuring their accuracy and timely dispatch. Additionally, they will maintain and file invoices, prepare statement of account for B2B customers, and ensure that client information details are kept up-to-date.

Requirements
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in Invoicing / Accounts Receivables
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting-related courses
• Willingness to report daily in the San Juan, Manila office
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools; proficiency in AR systems is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management, organizational, and time management skills
