About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Shopify Developer to join our team at Growmodo GmbH. As a Senior Shopify Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and innovation of our most complex Shopify projects, delivering exceptional client value and setting new standards in e-commerce excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and Innovate: Design and develop sophisticated Shopify solutions that set new industry standards.
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide technical and strategic leadership to deliver top-tier e-commerce experiences.
  • Drive Innovation: Innovate in Shopify development, including custom apps, performance enhancements, and complex integrations.
  • Mentorship: Cultivate a skilled development team through mentorship and continuous learning.
  • Client Partnership: Act as a strategic partner, advising clients on best practices and leveraging Shopify to achieve business goals.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of deep Shopify development experience with a portfolio showcasing leadership and innovation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify Liquid; experience with RESTful APIs and custom app development.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership experience in guiding development teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Version Control: Proficient in version control using GitHub.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying strategic and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
