GE Aerospace seeks a seasoned financial leader to drive the company's treasury function forward. As the Director - Head of Treasury, you will lead a team of professionals in overseeing all aspects of Treasury, including capital markets, cash management, liquidity management, portfolio structuring, and custody/banking operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the treasury team.
  • Develop treasury roadmaps and strategies aligned with business growth while minimizing risk.
  • Manage daily cash and liquidity management activities, including cash positioning, forecasting, funding, ST investments, and transaction review/support.
  • Oversee custody account landscapes and activities, including onboarding new investment mandates, setting up custody accounts, optimizing portfolio structure, and asset movements/transitions across portfolios and trust structures.
  • Strengthen banking and custody relationships and manage relationships with other financial institutions, business partners, and industry stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in the financial services industry, 3+ years in treasury and/or investment operations focused roles.
  • Familiarity with treasury & investment management systems such as FIS Quantum, Blackrock Aladdin, Clearwater Analytics, etc.
