Responsibilities:

- Manage resolution processes and assume ownership of technical queries
- Ensure that customers are always kept up to date about the status of their query by providing effective and accurate follow-up
- Continuously enhance personal and business competencies, such as product and market knowledge
- Build an extensive network throughout the company to facilitate quick and efficient resolution
- Manage the customer relationship through the use of Siebel CRM
