Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our call center, supervising staff, and ensuring that we meet our high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and manage the call center staff, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure excellent service delivery.
  2. Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the call center.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and achieve business objectives.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Provide input on employee evaluations and recommend training opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  6. Participate in hiring, training, and development of new employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and competencies to succeed in their roles.

Requirements
