About the RoleIn this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our community of global families. You will work closely with our Country Product Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and expand brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities- Grow the Argentinian market in your assigned region by identifying new sales opportunities and developing targeted marketing campaigns.
- Drive sales on the phone by responding to customer needs and providing exceptional service.
- Create new sales through partnerships with local institutions, such as schools, universities, and job centers.
- Recruit, screen, and coach potential au pairs to ensure they meet our high standards.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Proven capability with both phone sales and in-person sales.
- Full proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills.
- Willingness to travel and work irregular hours.
