As our Digital Engagement and Insights Director, you will be responsible for driving the execution of our Next Generation Customer Experience (NGCE) initiatives. You will work closely with our CRM, NBA, and OCE product owners to ensure seamless integration of omnichannel engagement with advanced analytics insights.
We're looking for an expert who can lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple touchpoints. Your strong understanding of digital marketing principles, combined with experience in content management systems and web content management, will be invaluable in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the interoperability of our enterprise-level customer channel ecosystem, digital services, and products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a go-to-market model for digital customer-facing solutions.
- Analyze customer feedback, data, and analytics to improve the overall digital experience and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in NGCE and multi-channel marketing.
- Deep insight into the digital marketing environment at large.
- Experience working with Agile, SDLC, UI/UX, and project management tools and methodologies.
