Warehouse Operative

About the Role:

As a Warehouse Driver at Motion Industries, Inc., you will operate a company vehicle to pick up and deliver local orders and equipment. This role involves arranging the most efficient route to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate company vehicles to pick up and deliver local orders and equipment as required.
• Sort assignments and arrange the most efficient routes for delivery.
• Maintain Vendor Managed Inventory programs at customer locations.
• Organize products in reverse delivery order and load them into delivery vehicles.
• Unload products at customer locations and obtain customer signatures on packing slips to confirm delivery.
• Determine which items need to be picked, checked, and shipped from sales orders.
• Prepare items for delivery to customers.
• Secure packages to prevent damage during shipping.
• Assist with restocking products on shelves as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required for this position.
• Ability to read and interpret packing slips and delivery instructions.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills are necessary for this role.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is a must.
