This role requires you to be open to working approximately 1-2 times a week from our offices located in Villa Crespo or Mar del Plata. Fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this role.

**Required Skills**
- 5+ years of experience with a backend technology like Node.js using a framework like Express, Nest, Hapi, Koa, etc.
- Strongly preferred prior experience with Python or ability to read Python code.
- Typescript experience is a must, or willingness to learn and work with it.
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, including performance optimization and database design.
- Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Version Control experience, preferably using git.
- Agile software processes and Continuous Integration/Deployment tools expertise.
- Major cloud providers like AWS, Google Cloud, Azure.
- Natural problem-solver and willing to take initiative.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
