About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at Medtronic. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and education to our customers and partners in the field of neuromodulation and deep brain stimulation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site education and consulting to customers and partners on the use of our neuromodulation and deep brain stimulation products.
- Assist field staff in providing service to customers and ensuring the best possible outcomes.
- Partner with sales colleagues to develop and execute sales plans within one or more business units.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical lead, clinical management, and regional commercial team to provide client cash and sales support.
- Identify and facilitate the execution of sales growth opportunities and clinical support team.
- Serve as a technical resource to support sales of our medical products or solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering or Surgical Instrumentation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in healthcare areas (hospitals, clinics, technical service).
- Experience in operating rooms is desirable.
- Contact with patients is desirable.
- Upper intermediate English level required.
