Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Turing. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us fine-tune and improve our large language models (LLMs). This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and experience to contribute to cutting-edge AI projects.

Your primary responsibility will be to work with our LLMs to solve complex analytical puzzles and create scenarios that enable the models to learn and improve. You will spend your time answering a variety of interesting analytical questions, analyzing data, and providing constructive feedback to help us refine our models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with LLMs to solve complex analytical puzzles and create scenarios for model training
  • Analyze data and provide insights to help refine our models
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our LLMs and their capabilities
  • Collaborate with our team to identify areas for model improvement and develop strategies for addressing these areas
Requirements:
  • English Proficiency: Ability to read and write in English with a high degree of comprehension skills
  • Analytical Skills: Good research and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems
  • Feedback Skills: Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations
  • Creative Thinking: Creative and lateral thinking abilities, with the ability to approach problems from unique angles
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team
  • Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Commitment: Ability to commit to 40 hours per week for the contract duration overlapping US hours
  • Technical Setup: Desktop/Laptop set up with a good internet connection
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree or undergraduate in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field
  • Experience writing professionally (business analysts, research analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, translator, etc.)
  • Multilingual capabilities, especially Spanish and Portuguese, are an advantage
  • Understanding of Excel and Google Suite
  • Proficiency in Data interpretation, Logical reasoning and Basic arithmetic is highly desirable
