In this role as Network Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring network performance and responding to alarms and customer-initiated incidents
- Collaborating with third-party providers to troubleshoot issues
- Coordinating planned maintenance and suggesting best practice changes
- Contributing to the organization's knowledge database
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A solid foundation in operational knowledge of current platforms (IP, Mobile Data, Transmission)
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting (TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, QoS, DWDM)
- Experience working in an international telecom environment (NOC, Technical Support)
- Demonstrated ability to take on operational leadership and make immediate decisions
- Strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills
- Fluent professional English and Spanish
