Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Expert to join our team at Mercedes-Benz Langley. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner, handle their inquiries and concerns, and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services, including vehicle inspections, repair estimates, and repairs.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with customers throughout the service process, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicle and any issues that may arise.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and control the quality of work being performed, ensuring that all repairs and services meet our high standards.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other members of the service team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a service advisor or in a related customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
