Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Customer Service Expert to join our team at Mercedes-Benz Langley. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Interaction: Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner, handle their inquiries and concerns, and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs.
- Service Delivery: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services, including vehicle inspections, repair estimates, and repairs.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with customers throughout the service process, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicle and any issues that may arise.
