At Avature, we are seeking talented individuals to join our implementation team. We provide highly customizable software solutions that support a variety of HR programs, focusing on employee recruitment and retention. Our innovative technology empowers corporate users to operate with agility across various industries.
Your Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead the implementation of strategic HR initiatives for large multinational corporations. Define tasks, deliverables, and dependencies; manage timelines; identify and mitigate risks; and coordinate efforts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Business Analysis and Process Design: Understand client requirements and business needs. Conduct workshops to validate requirements and achieve consensus on project scope and plans. Collaborate with the commercial services team to manage project scope and costs.
- Solution Design: Create tailored solutions within the Avature platform, identifying key elements that support client business processes and their interactions. Demonstrate the designed solutions, gather feedback, and assist clients with user acceptance testing.
- Configuration and Deployment: Customize core elements of the Avature platform through the user interface, modeling objects and creating workflows that align with client processes. Engage with Technical Services teams to refine requirements and provide feedback on data migration, integrations, and analytics.
About You:
- Proficient in English.
- Experience managing projects of varying complexity.
- Interest in automation, system design, and user interface design.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS).
