Job Overview

This role is responsible for setting up studies and data integrations within sample tracking software systems, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will train and assist end users with system usage, perform system configuration and/or testing of configuration as directed.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create clinical trial sample plans and related data for setting up studies for study subject sample and consent tracking within software systems, working with study documents, study teams, and other internal and external stakeholders to gather and synthesize the necessary information.
  2. Lead development of Data Transfer Specifications (DTSs), ensuring compliance to system and customer requirements.
  3. Configure and test custom data loaders needed to enable data ingestion per DTSs.
  4. Perform data integration Quality Control checks to ensure data transfer compliance to DTSs.
  5. Verify study setup to ensure accurate reporting of client data.
  6. Assist internal support and operational teams and external data providers in troubleshooting data ingestion errors.
  7. Support study teams and other end users with project updates and system training.
  8. Provide project status updates and regular updates to project trackers and documentation.
  9. Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and revise existing system logic difficulties as necessary under direction of experienced Business System Analysts.
