As a Wellpath clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population and contribute to the development of effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Hold daily, individual (1:1) sick calls and conduct weekly/daily psycho-educational groups for mentally ill and IST patient-inmates.
- Obtain medication history, verify current medication, consult with medical provider/psychiatrist to continue psychotropic medications, and discuss conditions falling outside protocol perimeters.
- Follow Department of State Hospital Policies and Procedures for patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
A strong commitment to quality care and patient-centered services is essential for success in this role.
