About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tendering Engineer to join our Sales and Marketing Teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience in tendering.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the tendering process, from receipt of RFQ through to submission of tenders. This includes reviewing customer documents, developing tender proposals, and working closely with Product Management, Account Managers, and Technical Service Engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the tendering process, including receipt of RFQs and submission of tenders
  • Review customer documents and develop tender proposals
  • Work closely with Product Management, Account Managers, and Technical Service Engineers to define product offerings
  • Create bid cost models combining technical and commercial considerations
  • Organize and coordinate activities and timings for input to the proposal from stakeholders
  • Define, compile, and write tender proposals, including commercial scope and deliverables
  • Support Account Managers during negotiations and prepare handover documentation after contract award
  • Presentation of weekly reports based on MS Project or related tools
