Are you looking for a unique opportunity to experience life in Greece? We have an exciting job opening for a Technical Support specialist at Recruit4Work SL. As a customer-centric professional, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients via various communication channels.

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, proficient in both Dutch and English, and a strong technical background in software and hardware troubleshooting. Your ability to work independently, think critically, and find creative solutions to complex problems will be essential in this role.

Job Description:
  • Provide technical assistance to customers through email, phone, or chat support
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Telematic software and hardware, including navigation systems, infotainment services, and charging stations
  • Register new accounts and guide customers on the usage of multi-media interfaces
  • Address PIN issues, reset PINs, locked accounts, and main/secondary user settings
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch (C2 level) and English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
