About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our multidisciplinary Natural Language Processing team. As a key member, you will contribute to the development of sophisticated AI for text parsing and job-candidate recommendation.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-availability, performance-oriented systems for semantic search and résumé parsing.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improvement and anticipate future challenges.
- Implement and optimize Elasticsearch solutions in production environments.
- Contribute to the development of our recommendations tool.
- Participate in code reviews and analyze existing code to improve quality.
- Detect and resolve issues in production environments.
Requirements
- Senior software developer with expertise in backend development.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Extensive experience with Elasticsearch and Java/PHP programming languages.
- Ability to independently take on projects and contribute to team discussions.
- Previous DevOps experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Python is a plus.
