Job Title: Female Care Assistant

We are seeking a caring and compassionate Female Care Assistant to join our team at Bluebird Care Bedford. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

About the Role:

As a Female Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our customers, including:

  • Assisting with personal care needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Providing comfort and companionship
  • Assisting with household tasks and meal preparation
  • Supporting customers to access the community, attend appointments, and engage in social activities
  • Administering medication

You will work closely with our customers, their families, and our care team to ensure that each individual receives the highest level of care and support.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Caring and compassionate nature
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Satisfactory references
  • Minimum availability to progress is alternate weekends, both Saturday and Sunday
