We're looking for a talented Enablement Business Strategist to join our Salesforce team in LATAM. As a key business partner to the Sales Leader, you will serve as a trusted advisor and guide for developing the sales enablement strategy aligned with Company Priorities and Business Unit goals.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to design and execute end-to-end enablement strategies, drive integrated quarterly and annual plans, and analyze key sales metrics to identify gaps and define relevant enablement programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Designs and ensures the execution and deployment of the end-to-end Enablement strategy
- Analyzes and interprets key sales metrics to identify gaps & define the most relevant Enablement programs required to impact business metrics
- Partners closely with the Sales Programs team to drive integrated quarterly and annual plans
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to design enablement strategies and oversee the execution of learning solutions to drive outcomes
- Strong executive communication, collaboration and influencing skills at a senior level
- Experience in Sales and Sales Enablement function with experience with all Sales roles and Sales activities
