As a Senior Web Developer and Team Leader at Dept Agency, you will be responsible for leading our web development team and contributing to the creation of innovative digital experiences.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve developing complex applications using Node.js, React, and/or Vue and a variety of other supporting technologies. You will also be a part of agile software development practices and peer/code reviews.
About You:
- You have 5+ years of experience with a front-end framework, preferably React.js.
- Strong experience with Next.js, Remix or a similar react framework, including Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG) and Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR).
- Hands-on experience with headless CMSs like Contentful, Sanity, Prismic or similar and experience contributing to CMS architecture design, particularly in multi-region and multi-language scenarios.
- 5+ years of experience with a backend technology like Node.js using a framework like Express, Nest, Hapi, Koa, etc.
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, including performance optimization and database design.
- Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- You've worked with, and have a good understanding of Version Control, preferably using git.
- You've worked with Agile software processes before.
- You've worked with Continuous Integration/Deployment tools.
- You've worked with major cloud providers like AWS, Google Cloud, Azure.
- You're a natural problem-solver and willing to take initiative.
