The Data Migration Lead is responsible for executing the data migration part of a smaller or bigger payroll implementation project, all activities defined in Alight's data migration strategy, agreed with the client and within the contract, and with the Program Management. Collaborates with the client during the data migration stages and leads all data migration activities meeting the KPIs and the quality threshold agreed with the client and in line with Alight's way of working.
Responsibilities:- Implementation Phase: Ensure compliance to the Payroll Exchange operational standards and PIX methodology.
- Provide guidance and lead internal and external teams during KT and training sessions.
- Perform data migration loads for testing phases of a project as required.
- Adjust the data migration strategy where applicable and update activities in the Local DM Plan document.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Successful execution of data migration activities.
- Quality threshold met or exceeded.
- Data validation and reconciliation completed on time.
- Team leader and team player with experience in HR data migration processes.
- Functional knowledge of HR concepts and technologies such as SAP HCM/Peoplesoft/euHReka/Workday/SuccessFactors.
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and travel for business purposes.
