About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in nephrology care. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care in a hospital setting
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide education to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Experience in intensive care unit (ICU), critical care unit (CCU), emergency room (ER), or medical surgical (Med Surg) settings
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
