Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Enablement Team Lead to join our team.
As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve HR impact and align with business needs.
You will maintain up-to-date HR processes, procedures, and documentation aligned with standard operating procedures and current local employment law and legislation.
In addition, you will supervise and oversee team activities, including employment life-cycle support, process improvements, internal audit compliance, labor certificate management, and AFIP and medical coverage transactions.
Requirements
- Degree in HR would be preferred.
- 6 + years of HR Generalist/Specialist experience.
- Proficiency in Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Visio - working knowledge of MS office.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Knowledge of HR management systems is desirable (E.g. SuccessFactors).
