As a Search Engine Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in driving our online presence and business growth through strategic PPC campaigns. This critical role involves developing and executing successful campaigns that meet our objectives and maximize ROI.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Design, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Bing Ads.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to drive targeted traffic, leveraging industry-leading tools and methodologies.
  • Budget Allocation: Allocate and adjust budgets efficiently to maximize campaign results.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Ad Copy Creation: Craft compelling and optimized ad copies that resonate with the target audience.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends in PPC advertising, applying innovative strategies to outperform competitors.
  • Landing Page Enhancement: Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure landing pages are effectively optimized for conversions.
  • Testing and Iteration: Execute tests to determine the most effective campaign elements and iterate on findings.
  • Reporting and Insights: Generate and present comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience for Junior roles
  • 3+ years of experience for Semi-Senior roles
  • 5+ years of experience for Senior roles.
  • Proficiency in using PPC platforms, especially Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Solid understanding of bid management, ad placement, keyword relevance, and quality score.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies would be a plus.
